Your right to deletion

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018) and Meta Platforms policies, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data stored by Multiconex at any time.

This page also fulfills the Data Deletion Instructions requirement mandated by Meta for apps that use the Meta Developers platform.

What can be deleted

Upon requesting deletion, the following data associated with your account or company will be removed from our servers:

• User account (email, name, password)
• Conversation history and messages managed by the platform
• Contact records
• Integration credentials obtained via Embedded Signup (WABA ID, Phone Number ID)
• Team, label, and inbox settings
• Company preferences and profile data

How to request

Send an email to the address below with the information required for us to identify and securely delete your data:

Response timeframe

We will respond to your request within 15 business days of receiving the email. After identity verification, data deletion will be completed within the same timeframe or sooner.

You will receive an email confirmation once the data has been removed.

Data that may be retained

Some data may be retained due to legal obligation, even after a deletion request:

• Accounting and tax records, for the period required by Brazilian law;
• Access logs for up to 6 months, in accordance with the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet — Law 12.965/2014);
• Data required to comply with court orders.
